In order to provide mechanical engineering services, Oscar Legarreta and Rolando Legarreta, P.E. formed Alegro Engineering in 1999 to provide mechanical engineering design services in the United States and design and Construction services in Mexico.

Oscar Legarreta design and construction experience includes hospitals, commercial applications such Classroom and Science buildings for Universities, office buildings, and manufacturing facilities in Mexico.

Rolando Legarreta’s experience includes the design of schools, commercial, high tech facilities, manufacturing, military facilities, and medical facilities.
